General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) govern the contractual relationship between:
Cynegis, sole trader of Benoit Estrangin, SIREN 847 741 246 00049, registered at 37 rue de la Tombe-Issoire, 75014 Paris (hereinafter “the Service Provider”),
and any natural or legal person (hereinafter “the Client”) subscribing to a paid service on www.cynegis.com (hereinafter “the Website”).
The GTC are accessible on the Website and take precedence over all other documents. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend them at any time; the applicable GTC are those in force on the date of the order.
Article 2 — Services Offered
Cynegis offers real estate agencies listing publication services for hunting properties and territories on the website, in the form of paid packages:
- Pack Poste (€159): Unlimited photos & videos, featured on the catalogue, view statistics, 3-month duration.
- Pack Piqueux (€269): Unlimited photos & videos, featured on the catalogue, view statistics, 6-month duration.
- Pack Directeur (€489): Unlimited photos & videos, featured on the catalogue, view statistics, 12-month duration.
The full details of services included in each package are described on the listing publication page of the website. Cynegis reserves the right to amend offers and pricing at any time; the conditions applicable are those in force at the time of subscription.
Article 3 — Pricing and Payment
Prices are quoted in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes. VAT not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
Payment is made online by credit card via the secure Stripe platform (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). Payment is processed directly on the website, without redirection to a third-party site.
The order is confirmed upon receipt of payment. A confirmation is sent to the Client by email. A payment receipt is available in the Client's personal account.
Article 4 — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumer Clients have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of subscription to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision or pay any penalty.
However, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the service has been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and if performance began with the Client's express prior consent and acknowledgement of the loss of their withdrawal right.
To exercise this right, the Client must submit their request by email to: benoit@cynegis.com. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt of the request, using the same payment method.
Article 5 — Duration and Renewal
Each package is subscribed for a fixed term:
- Pack Poste: 3 months
- Pack Piqueux: 6 months
- Pack Directeur: 12 months
Upon expiry of the subscribed term, the listing is automatically unpublished. The Client may renew their package from their personal account. There is no automatic renewal.
Article 6 — Client Obligations
The Client undertakes to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating their account and listings.
- Publish only listings relating to properties or hunting territories for which they hold a sales or rental mandate.
- Comply with applicable legislation, in particular regarding real estate, hunting and personal data protection.
- Not publish any unlawful, misleading, defamatory or third-party rights-infringing content.
Cynegis reserves the right to remove any listing that does not comply with these GTC, without notice or refund.
Article 7 — Liability
Cynegis acts as a technical intermediary providing a listing publication platform. Cynegis does not participate in transactions between agencies and prospective buyers.
Listing content (texts, photos, prices, property features) is published under the sole responsibility of the agencies. Cynegis shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions in listings, nor for any dispute that may arise between parties in the context of a real estate transaction.
Article 8 — Termination
The Client may request the deletion of their account and listings at any time by contacting Cynegis at benoit@cynegis.com. Account deletion does not entitle the Client to any refund of amounts already paid.
Cynegis reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Client's account in the event of a breach of these GTC, fraudulent conduct or harm to the website's reputation, without notice or compensation.
Article 9 — Personal Data Protection
Personal data collected in the context of subscription and use of services is processed in accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act. The Client has rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection over their data, exercisable by email at benoit@cynegis.com. Article 10 — Intellectual Property
All elements of the website (logos, texts, graphics, source code) are protected by intellectual property law and belong to Cynegis. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited. Listings and content published by agencies remain their property; by publishing them on the website, they grant Cynegis a non-exclusive broadcasting licence for the duration of the subscribed package.
Article 11 — Force Majeure
Cynegis shall not be held liable for the non-performance of its obligations in the event of force majeure as defined by Article 1218 of the French Civil Code, including natural disasters, war, strikes, fire, epidemic, widespread IT failure or government decision.
Article 12 — Mediation and Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the Client is invited to contact Cynegis first at benoit@cynegis.com to attempt an amicable resolution.
In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumer Clients may use a consumer mediation service free of charge. The competent mediator will be communicated upon request.
Failing an amicable resolution, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris in accordance with French law.
Article 13 — Governing Law
These GTC are governed by French law. Any question relating to their interpretation and/or performance falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris.
